vocation: Produire des plantes \u00e0 infusion et des condimentaires, de toute premi\u00e8re qualit\u00e9. Soit en cueillette sauvage, soit en culture, selon les r\u00e8gles de la production biologique, certifi\u00e9 par ECOCERT. Nous s\u00e9chons nos plantes d\u00e8s la fin de la cueillette, \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, afin de conserver toutes leurs qualit\u00e9s. Certaines sont directement mises en sachet, pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es en tisane, quelques-unes sont moulues pour confectionner des condiments. D\u2019autres transform\u00e9es en sirop. Nous transformons aussi des fruits que la nature nous offre.
