Pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re. Recouvrir le fond d\u2019un moule \u00e0 tarte beurr\u00e9 avec une couche de crumble. Verser dessus la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re puis le reste de p\u00e2te. Enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 200\u00b0. Apr\u00e8s 1\u20444 d\u2019heure, baisser la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 180\u00b0. Cuire pendant 1\u20442 heure encore (\u00e0 v\u00e9rifier).
