Ajouter les 110g de beurre + la pulpe de citron + la poudre d\u2019amandes + la farine + le zeste d\u2019un demi citron.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">Battre les 4 blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs en neige (d\u00e8s qu\u2019ils commencent \u00e0 blanchir, ajouter 60g de sucre et continuer \u00e0 battre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient fermes).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">Ajouter \u00e0 la 1\u00e8re pr\u00e9paration d\u00e9licatement. Verser dans des moules individuels assez hauts, genre moules \u00e0 muffins beurr\u00e9s et sucr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">Cuire dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 190\u00b0 pendant 7 min (le centre du biscuit doit \u00eatre coulant).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">On peut pr\u00e9parer les moules \u00e0 l\u2019avance et les mettre au cong\u00e9lateur. Les mettre congel\u00e9s directement dans le four mais compter 10 min de cuisson.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">D\u00e9mouler. Servir avec une boule de glace + quelques gouttes de sauce au citron + feuilles de menthe. Sauce : dans une casserole, r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 le jus de citron avec le sucre et les 50g de beurre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">D\u00e9layer la f\u00e9cule dans un peu d\u2019eau, incorporer au 1er m\u00e9lange puis ajouter les 20g de beurre et le zeste d\u2019un demi citron.
