{"id":976,"date":"2011-09-05T16:56:31","date_gmt":"2011-09-05T14:56:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=976"},"modified":"2019-10-19T18:14:36","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T16:14:36","slug":"bostocks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/bostocks\/","title":{"rendered":"Bostocks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Pour 10 bostocks<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 brioche (genre Thiriet)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de rhum<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">30 cl d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">100 g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Cr\u00e8me d\u2019amande:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">50 g de beurre mou<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">50 g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">50 g de poudre d\u2019amandes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 oeuf<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 cuill\u00e8re de rhum<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">quelques gouttes d\u2019extrait d\u2019amandes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">50g d\u2019amandes effil\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">La veille, faire la cr\u00e8me d\u2019amandes en m\u00e9langeant tous les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">R\u00e9server au froid.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Le jour m\u00eame, faire un sirop en portant \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pendant 5 mn<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">l\u2019eau + le sucre + le rhum.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Couper le brioche en tranches de 2 cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur, si vous d\u00e9sirez une tranche ronde,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">d\u00e9couper un cercle avec un emporte-pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Garnir une plaque allant au four avec du papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">A l\u2019aide d\u2019une \u00e9cumoire, passer chaque tranche de brioche,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">rapidement dans le sirop, la d\u00e9poser sur une grille puis sur la plaque.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Remplir une poche \u00e0 douille avec la cr\u00e8me d\u2019amandes, en garnir le dessus<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">de la brioche d\u2019une l\u00e9g\u00e8re couche, puis d\u2019amandes effil\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 12mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Le dessus doit \u00eatre bien dor\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Laisser refroidir et saupoudrer de sucre glace.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">peut se servir avec un dessert glac\u00e9 ou aux fruits ou tout simplement avec un th\u00e9 ou un caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour 10 bostocks Ingr\u00e9dients : 1 brioche (genre Thiriet) 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de rhum 30 cl d\u2019eau 100 g de sucre Cr\u00e8me d\u2019amande: 50 g de beurre mou 50&#8230;
