{"id":965,"date":"2011-11-08T16:53:11","date_gmt":"2011-11-08T15:53:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=965"},"modified":"2019-10-19T18:15:49","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T16:15:49","slug":"florentins","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/florentins\/","title":{"rendered":"Florentins"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pour 20 florentins environ:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">50g de beurre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">10cl de cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de miel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">100g de sucre en poudre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">100g d\u2019oranges confites<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">150g d\u2019amandes effil\u00e9es<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">150g de chocolat noir<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Couper les oranges confites en tous petits d\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">R\u00e9unissez le beurre,le miel, la cr\u00e8me fraiche et le sucre dans une poele et chauffez doucement<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">en remuant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le sucre soit compl\u00e8tement fondu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Amenez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, laissez cuire 3 \u00e0 4 minutes en remuant avec une spatule en bois,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">puis retirez du feu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Sans cesser de remuer, ajoutez successivement les fruits confits,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">les amandes puis la farine.
