{"id":953,"date":"2013-08-08T16:38:53","date_gmt":"2013-08-08T14:38:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=953"},"modified":"2019-10-19T18:18:25","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T16:18:25","slug":"gateau-basque","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/gateau-basque\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau basque"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">pour 6 \u00e0 8 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">P\u00e2te :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">300g de farine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">200g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">200g de beurre ramolli<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 oeuf<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">3 jaunes d\u2019oeuf<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">le jus d\u2019un demi-citron<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Cr\u00e8me:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">25cl de lait<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">50g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">30g de farine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 oeuf + 2 jaunes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">rhum ou zestes de citron<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te la veille<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Battre ensemble le beurre + le sucre., ajouter la farine + l\u2019oeuf <span class=\"Puce\">+<\/span>2 jaunes +le jus du 1\/2 citron + le sel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">P\u00e9trir rapidement, emballer dans un film alimentaire et r\u00e9server au frigo<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">La cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">la veille, faire chauffer le lait. Dans un saladier, battre ensemble l\u2019oeuf<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">+ les jaunes + le sucre, puis ajouter la farine et le lait bien chaud.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Porter sur le feu et laisser \u00e9paissir sans cesser de remuer avec un fouet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Parfumer avec 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de rhum ou des zestes de citron et laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Couvrir et r\u00e9server au frigo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">le lendemain:<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">beurrer un moule \u00e0 manquer de 26 cm de diam\u00e8tre et tapisser le fond<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">de papier sulfuris\u00e9.
