{"id":938,"date":"2014-05-24T16:26:00","date_gmt":"2014-05-24T14:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=938"},"modified":"2019-10-19T18:21:48","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T16:21:48","slug":"tarte-aux-fraises-a-la-creme-patissiere","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/tarte-aux-fraises-a-la-creme-patissiere\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarte aux fraises \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me patissi\u00e8re"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">400 g de p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e ou p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e sucr\u00e9e<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">25cl de lait entier<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">25cl de cr\u00e8me enti\u00e8re liquide<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 gousse de vanille ou 2 sachets de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">vanill\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">125g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">4 jaunes d\u2019oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">30g de ma\u00efzena<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">pour le nappage :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">15 cl de sirop de fraise + 10cl d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 sachet de nappage (Ancel)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">feuilles de menthe<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">foncer un moule \u00e0 tarte avec la p\u00e2te. Piquer le fond avec une fourchette. Recouvrir d\u2019alu puis de billes en porcelaine ou haricots secs en grain. Enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 200\u00b0. Apr\u00e8s 15 mn de cuisson, retirer les billes et l\u2019alu et continuer la cuisson, pour que la p\u00e2te soit cuite et bien dor\u00e9e.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Laisser refroidir.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me :<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">ouvrir le b\u00e2ton de vanille et gratter les graines.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le lait + la cr\u00e8me\u00a0 + la vanille (gousses + graines).<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Dans un saladier, battre les jaunes d\u2019oeufs + le sucre + la ma\u00efzena.<br \/>\nAjouter le m\u00e9lange lait-cr\u00e8me, verser dans la casserole et porter sur le feu sans cesser de remuer avec un fouet jusqu\u2019aux premiers bouillons.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Verser la cr\u00e8me sur le fond de tarte et laisser refroidir.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Recouvrir la tarte de fraises.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Pr\u00e9parer un nappage avec : le sirop de fraise + l\u2019eau + la poudre nappage (Ancel).
