{"id":932,"date":"2014-07-31T16:24:55","date_gmt":"2014-07-31T14:24:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=932"},"modified":"2019-10-19T18:22:13","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T16:22:13","slug":"le-gateau-au-chocolat-danais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/le-gateau-au-chocolat-danais\/","title":{"rendered":"Le g\u00e2teau au chocolat d\u2019Ana\u00efs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">4 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">150g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">80g de farine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">80g de beurre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 potage d\u2019huile de tournesol<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">ou arachide<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">200 g de chocolat noir<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 sachet de levure<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Graisser un moule avec du beurre fondu et saupoudrer le fond et<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">les bords du moule avec du sucre, le g\u00e2teau se d\u00e9moulera plus facilement.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Casser 3 oeufs en s\u00e9parant le blanc des jaunes.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Ajouter aux jaunes 150g de sucre + 1 oeuf entier, fouetter au batteur \u00e9lectrique<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange devienne blanc et mousseux.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Faire fondre au bain marie le chocolat + le beurre.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Mettre le chocolat dans un petit saladier que l\u2019on pose au dessus<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">d\u2019une casserole d\u2019eau chaude pos\u00e9e sur un feu doux.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Dans la m\u00e9lange oeuf + sucre, ajouter la farine + la levure<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">+ l\u2019huile + le chocolat et le beurre.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Bien m\u00e9langer avec le batteur.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Battre les blancs d\u2019oeuf pour qu\u2019ils soient bien fermes.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Dans le m\u00e9lange ajouter 3 cuill\u00e8res de blancs d\u2019oeuf battus<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">pour assouplir la p\u00e2te puis tout le reste des blancs en m\u00e9langeant<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">d\u00e9licatement avec un fouet.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Verser dans un moule rond ou en forme de fleur, \u00e9toile etc&#8230;<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">Se faire aider par un adulte pour enfourner le g\u00e2teau dans un four<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\"><span class=\"style_2\">pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0.
