{"id":929,"date":"2015-03-27T16:24:10","date_gmt":"2015-03-27T15:24:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=929"},"modified":"2019-10-19T18:22:44","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T16:22:44","slug":"tarte-aux-clementines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/tarte-aux-clementines\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarte aux cl\u00e9mentines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">8 cl\u00e9mentines<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 blanc d\u2019oeuf<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">200g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1\/2 sachet de nappage<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">300g de p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e ou bris\u00e9e sucr\u00e9e<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">pour la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">25cl de lait<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">25 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">125g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">4 jaunes d\u2019oeuf<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">30g de ma\u00efzena<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 potage de Grand Marnier ou Cointreau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">La veille :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">faire un sirop avec 200 g de sucre + 20 cl d\u2019eau. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 5 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Retirer du feu et laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Eplucher les cl\u00e9mentines, d\u00e9tacher les quartiers, les mettre dans un saladier<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">et verser dessus le sirop, remuer de temps en temps et laisser au froid<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">jusqu\u2019au lendemain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Toujours la veille, foncer le moule \u00e0 tarte avec la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e ou sabl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Le jour m\u00eame :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">faire la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le lait + la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Battre les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs + le sucre + la ma\u00efzena.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Verser le m\u00e9lange lait sur cette pr\u00e9paration et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sans cesser de remuer. Retirer du feu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Ajouter le Grand Marnier ou le Cointreau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Egoutter les cl\u00e9mentines. R\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le jus. Recouvrir la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte avec de l\u2019alu<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">puis des noyaux ou haricots secs. Enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 210\u00b0 (th 7)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">pendant 20 mn, retirer l\u2019alu, badigeonner la tarte avec le blanc d\u2019\u0153uf battu,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">enfourner jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la tarte soit dor\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Pr\u00e9lever 25 cl de jus des cl\u00e9mentines, ajouter 1\/2 sachet de nappage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 1mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Verser la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re sur la p\u00e2te.
