{"id":926,"date":"2015-09-26T16:23:08","date_gmt":"2015-09-26T14:23:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=926"},"modified":"2019-10-19T18:23:09","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T16:23:09","slug":"gateau-magique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/gateau-magique\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau magique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Une seule p\u00e2te = 3 textures : une p\u00e2te au fond, un flan<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">au milieu et un biscuit l\u00e9ger sur le dessus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Moule \u00e0 manquer de 26-28 cm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 demi-poires au sirop<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">50 cl de lait<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">100g de beurre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">150g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">120g de farine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 sachets de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sucre glace<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">couper les poires en petits d\u00e9s de 1\/2 cm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Faire fondre le beurre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Graisser le moule et le sucrer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Fouetter les jaunes d\u2019oeuf + 150 g de sucre<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ajouter le beurre fondu + le sucre vanill\u00e9 + la farine + le lait sans cesser de fouetter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Incorporer les d\u00e9s de poires et les blancs d\u2019oeuf battus en neige tr\u00e8s ferme,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">en soulevant d\u00e9licatement la p\u00e2te, sans insister, il vaut mieux laisser des morceaux<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">de blanc neige plut\u00f4t que de trop battre la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Verser dans le moule \u00e0 manquer et enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 150\u00b0 pendant 50 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">V\u00e9rifier la cuisson avec une pointe de couteau. Laisser refroidir le gateau avant de le d\u00e9mouler<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">puis le placer au frigo pendant 2 heures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Le saupoudrer de sucre glace avant de le servir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ce gateau peut aussi se faire avec des p\u00eaches au sirop \u00e0 la place des poires.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Une seule p\u00e2te = 3 textures : une p\u00e2te au fond, un flan au milieu et un biscuit l\u00e9ger sur le dessus.
