R\u00e9server au frais pendant une heure en remuant de temps en temps.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer au fouet les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs et le sucre pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange mousseux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Ajouter le mascarpone + 2 cuill\u00e8res d\u2019amaretto + 2 cuil. de pavot<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">+ les 2 blancs d\u2019oeuf battus en neige tr\u00e8s ferme.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">R\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Imbiber les madeleines avec le reste d\u2019amaretto. Garnissez le fond de chaque verre ou coupe avec les madeleines, recouvrir d\u2019une couche de cr\u00e8me, puis d\u2019une couche de myrtilles et terminer par une couche de cr\u00e8me.
