Laisser fr\u00e9mir 15 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">\u00c9plucher 6 poires, couper les en deux. Frotter les poires avec un citron. Les faire pocher dans le sirop aux \u00e9pices pendant 30 mn \u00e0 fr\u00e9missements. Mettre au frais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">Faire une cr\u00e8me anglaise avec 4 jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs + 100g de sucre + 1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de ma\u00efzena + 30 cl de lait. R\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Ajouter \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me anglaise un peu d\u2019alcool de poire (facultatif) + 6 cuill\u00e8res de sirop de cuisson.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Mettre au frais cette cr\u00e8me.
