{"id":910,"date":"2010-07-30T15:15:34","date_gmt":"2010-07-30T13:15:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=910"},"modified":"2019-10-19T17:14:40","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T15:14:40","slug":"poires-au-vin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/poires-au-vin\/","title":{"rendered":"Poires au vin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 8 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">8 poires m\u00fbres mais fermes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 citron<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">200g de pruneaux d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de ma\u00efzena<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 bouteille de vin rouge (C\u00f4tes de Rh\u00f4ne)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">100g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 b\u00e2ton de vanille<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poivre concass\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 clou de girofle<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">3 \u00e9toiles de badiane<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 zeste de citron + 1 zeste d\u2019orange (non trait\u00e9e)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">Dans un faitout : verser le vin, le sucre et toutes les \u00e9pices et les zeste. Faire cuire 1\u20442 heure. Pendant ce temps, \u00e9plucher les poires, les couper en deux, enlever les p\u00e9pins et les citronner. Les ajouter dans le faitout et laisser cuire \u00e0 petits feux pendant 1\u20442 heure. Retirer les poires et garder en attente dans un compotier avec les pruneaux. Faire r\u00e9duire le jus de 1\/3 et ajouter la ma\u00efzena d\u00e9lay\u00e9e dans un peu d\u2019eau. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et verser sur les poires et les pruneaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Les fruits doivent \u00eatre recouverts par le jus.
