{"id":902,"date":"2010-08-27T14:54:28","date_gmt":"2010-08-27T12:54:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=902"},"modified":"2019-10-19T17:17:00","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T15:17:00","slug":"gratin-de-pruneaux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/gratin-de-pruneaux\/","title":{"rendered":"Gratin de pruneaux"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 4 \u00e0 6 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">200g de pruneaux<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">25cl de vin rouge cors\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">2 zestes d\u2019orange<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 zeste de citron<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1\/2 gousse de vanille<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 b\u00e2ton de cannelle<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 badiane<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Sabayon<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 oeuf entier<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">3 jaunes d\u2019oeuf<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">50g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">10cl de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">La veille, faites bouillir doucement le vin avec les zestes, la vanille, la cannelle et la badiane pendant 5 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">Verser sur les pruneaux et laisser mac\u00e9rer jusqu\u2019au lendemain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">Le jour m\u00eame, faites chauffer l\u2019eau et le sucre dans une petite casserole jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019un sirop \u00e9pais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">Dans une jatte, versez les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs et l\u2019\u0153uf entier, puis le sirop de sucre par-dessus en fouettant \u00e9nergiquement au batteur \u00e9lectrique pour obtenir un sabayon. Laisser refroidir. R\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">Fouettez la cr\u00e8me, r\u00e9server au frais. Au moment de servir, ajouter d\u00e9licatement la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e au sabayon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">Pr\u00e9chauffez le grill du four.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">R\u00e9partissez les pruneaux \u00e9goutt\u00e9s dans des assiettes creuses qui peuvent passer au four. Verser le sabayon sur les pruneaux.
