{"id":898,"date":"2010-09-17T14:53:32","date_gmt":"2010-09-17T12:53:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=898"},"modified":"2019-10-19T17:19:49","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T15:19:49","slug":"fraicheur-de-fraise-sur-mousse-de-riz-au-lait","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/fraicheur-de-fraise-sur-mousse-de-riz-au-lait\/","title":{"rendered":"Fraicheur de fraise sur mousse de riz au lait"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 8 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Mousse de riz<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">25cl de lait<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">50g de riz Arborio<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 gousse de vanille<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 jaune d\u2019oeuf<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">50g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">200g de cr\u00e8me anglaise<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">200g de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">2 feuilles de g\u00e9latine (4g)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Crumble<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">125g de farine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">125g de beurre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">125g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">125g de poudre d\u2019amandes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">500g de fraises<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">50g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">glace : fraise, framboise ou vanille<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">Faire un riz au lait<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">Verser le lait + la vanille dans une casserole, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Ajouter le riz, cuire le tout l\u00e9g\u00e8rement croquant. Hors du feu, ajouter le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf + le sucre. Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">Mousse de riz<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">Faire tremper les feuilles de g\u00e9latine dans de l\u2019eau froide pendant 1\u20444 d\u2019heure. Egoutter. Faire chauffer quelques cuill\u00e8res de cr\u00e8me anglaise et y mettre \u00e0 fondre la g\u00e9latine. Laisser ti\u00e9dir.M\u00e9langer le riz au lait + la cr\u00e8me anglaise + la g\u00e9latine fondue + la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e. Verser dans des coupes ou dans des verres \u00e0 mi-hauteur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">Crumble (Peut se faire \u00e0 l\u2019avance)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients. Emietter grossi\u00e8rement sur une plaque et laisser durcir au cong\u00e9lateur.
