{"id":892,"date":"2010-09-24T14:52:03","date_gmt":"2010-09-24T12:52:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=892"},"modified":"2019-10-19T17:20:28","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T15:20:28","slug":"cocktail-de-fruits-frais-epices","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/cocktail-de-fruits-frais-epices\/","title":{"rendered":"Cocktail de fruits frais \u00e9pic\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Gel\u00e9e<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 feuille et demi de g\u00e9latine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">100g de sucre + 5cl d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">200g de lait de noix de coco<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Sauce \u00e0 l\u2019orange<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 orange non trait\u00e9e<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">100g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">5cl d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Mac\u00e9doine de fruits<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1\/2 mangue<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 kiwi<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1\/2 grenade<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1\/2 pomme verte<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Sirop<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">25cl d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">80g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de gingembre frais ou surgel\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 pinc\u00e9e 4 \u00e9pices &#8211; quelques grains de poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">Blanchir l\u2019orange puis la cuire pendant 30 mns avec le sucre et l\u2019eau. Mixer. R\u00e9server au froid.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_9\">GELEE<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">Faire tremper la g\u00e9latine pendant 1\u20444 d\u2019heure dans de l\u2019eau froide. Faire un sirop avec le sucre et l\u2019eau (cuisson 5 mn).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">Faire fondre la g\u00e9latine dans le sirop chaud en remuant avec un fouet puis incorporer le lait de coco.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">Dans un verre plut\u00f4t haut que large, d\u00e9poser 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de marmelade d\u2019orange puis verser doucement la pr\u00e9paration au lait de coco.
