{"id":884,"date":"2010-10-15T14:41:07","date_gmt":"2010-10-15T12:41:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=884"},"modified":"2019-10-19T17:22:41","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T15:22:41","slug":"assiette-antillaise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/assiette-antillaise\/","title":{"rendered":"Assiette antillaise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Savarin<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">125g de farine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">50g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">50g de beurre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 sachet de levure<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Sirop<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">0,5L d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">250g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">5 \u00e0 10cl de rhum (suivant vos go\u00fbts)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">M\u00e9langer les 2 \u0153ufs + le sucre. Battre quelques minutes. Ajouter le beurre fondu + la farine + la levure.Verser dans des petits moules \u00e0 savarin beurr\u00e9s ou dans un grand moule. Cuire dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 150\u00b0 pendant environ 20 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">Pr\u00e9parer le sirop : faire bouillir l\u2019eau + le sucre pendant 10 mn. Ajouter le rhum. D\u00e9mouler les petits savarins et les plonger avec une \u00e9cumoire dans le sirop.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Vous pouvez faire cuire les savarins \u00e0 l\u2019avance, les garder dans un Tupperware au cong\u00e9lateur.
