{"id":864,"date":"2015-05-14T14:33:05","date_gmt":"2015-05-14T12:33:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=864"},"modified":"2019-10-19T17:28:01","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T15:28:01","slug":"gratin-de-framboise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/gratin-de-framboise\/","title":{"rendered":"Gratin de framboise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">pour 10 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">500g de framboises<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 potage de sirop de framboise ou de fraise<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 jaunes d\u2019oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">30g de ma\u00efzena (3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 potage)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">150g de sucre en poudre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">25cl de cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">25cl de lait entier<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 gousses de vanille<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">30cl de cr\u00e8me fleurette<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">faire chauffer le lait + la cr\u00e8me + les gousses de vanille ouvertes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, retirer du feu et laisser infuser pendant 30 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Pendant ce temps, fouetter les jaunes d\u2019oeufs + le sucre + la ma\u00efzena,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">puis ajouter le m\u00e9lange lait-cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Porter sur le feu jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9paississement sans cesser de remuer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Aux premiers bouillons, retirer du feu et laisser refroidir, puis r\u00e9server au froid.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Fouetter la cr\u00e8me fleurette.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Quand la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re est tr\u00e8s froide, lui ajouter la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e d\u00e9licatement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">R\u00e9partir les framboises (sauf 10 pour le d\u00e9cor) dans des ramequins individuels,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">assez haut car la cr\u00e8me ne doit pas chauffer pendant son passage sur le gril,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">seul le dessus de la cr\u00e8me doit gratiner.
