{"id":852,"date":"2016-04-26T11:28:45","date_gmt":"2016-04-26T09:28:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=852"},"modified":"2019-10-19T17:30:20","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T15:30:20","slug":"peches-ou-poires-roties-aux-amarettis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/peches-ou-poires-roties-aux-amarettis\/","title":{"rendered":"P\u00eaches ou Poires r\u00f4ties aux amarettis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">pour 8 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">8 demi p\u00eaches ou poires au sirop (Saint-Mamet)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">50g d\u2019amandes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">50g de beurre mou<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">1 jaune d\u2019oeuf<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">50g = 1 douzaine d\u2019amarettis (petits macarons italiens secs)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">ou 50 g de macarons aux amandes de chez Fossier<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">300g de framboises fraiches ou surgel\u00e9es<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">130g de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">r\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 210\u00b0 (th7) et y faire dorer les amandes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">(elles ne doivent pas \u00eatre brunes \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">A surveiller (4 \u00e0 5 mn).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Passer les amandes au mixer (pas trop fin), broyer \u00e0 la main les macarons.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">M\u00e9langer le beurre + le jaune d\u2019oeuf puis ajouter les macarons + les amandes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Disposer les p\u00eaches dans un plat \u00e0 gratin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Verser dans le fond un peu de jus de la boite.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">D\u00e9poser une bonne cuill\u00e8re de farce \u00e0 la place du noyau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Enfourner pour environ 15mn (\u00e0 surveiller). r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Faire un coulis de framboise. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 130g de sucre + 10 cl d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Dans un shaker ou un r\u00e9cipient haut, verser les framboises fraiches ou surgel\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">puis le sirop chaud. Mixer.
