{"id":842,"date":"2016-01-18T09:58:30","date_gmt":"2016-01-18T08:58:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=842"},"modified":"2019-10-19T16:55:15","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T14:55:15","slug":"waterzoil-de-poulet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/waterzoil-de-poulet\/","title":{"rendered":"Waterzoil de Poulet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 8 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 gros poulet fermier ou une belle poule<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">\u00a0ou 8 cuisses de poulet de ferme<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 oignon hach\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1\/2 c\u00e9leri boule<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 blancs de poireaux<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">8 grosses carottes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 branches de persil<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 litre 1\/2 de bouillon de volaille maison<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">ou 1 litre 1\/2 d\u2019eau + 4 cubes d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 jaunes d\u2019oeuf<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">15 cl de cr\u00e8me fraiche \u00e9paisse<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel-poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">huile-beurre + 2 feuilles de laurier<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">riz<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">D\u00e9couper le poulet ou la poule en morceaux ou les cuisses en 2 morceaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Dans un m\u00e9lange beurre-huile, faire dorer la volaille. Saler, poivrer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Ajouter l\u2019oignon hach\u00e9 et le laisser fondre doucement sans coloration pendant 5 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Ajouter les l\u00e9gumes coup\u00e9s en julienne (petits batonnets) ou r\u00e2p\u00e9s avec une grosse grille,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">puis le bouillon , le persil et le laurier.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Cuire \u00e0 petits bouillons pendant 1h \u00e0 2 h suivant la fermet\u00e9 de la volaille.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">V\u00e9rifier la cuisson avec la pointe d\u2019un couteau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Au moment de servir, verser dans la sauteuse, la cr\u00e8me m\u00e9lang\u00e9e aux jaunes d\u2019oeuf.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Tr\u00e8s important : ne plus porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition une sauce contenant des jaunes d\u2019oeuf,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">car les oeufs, en cuisant, formeraient des petits grains et donneraient l\u2019impression<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">d\u2019une sauce rat\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Si vous trouvez la sauce trop liquide, vous pouvez ajouter une cuill\u00e8r\u00e9e \u00e0 potage<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">de ma\u00efzena sauceline.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Servir avec du riz.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Ce plat peut se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l\u2019avance.
