{"id":814,"date":"2010-09-03T09:45:51","date_gmt":"2010-09-03T07:45:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=814"},"modified":"2019-10-19T16:22:11","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T14:22:11","slug":"navarin-dagneau","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/navarin-dagneau\/","title":{"rendered":"Navarin d&rsquo;agneau"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 8 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 \u00e9paule d\u2019agneau d\u00e9coup\u00e9e en morceaux<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 oignons ou 200g d\u2019oignons grelots<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 feuilles de laurier<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1l de bouillon de poule (2 cubes + 1l d\u2019eau)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 brique de coulis de tomate (200g)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 gousses d\u2019ail<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel, poivre,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1kg de carottes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">500g de navets<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">500g de petits pois<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1Kg de pommes de terres fermes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">90g de beurre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Faire rissoler les morceaux d\u2019agneau sur toutes les faces, dans 3 cuill\u00e8res d\u2019huile.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Retirer la viande et \u00e0 la place, faire revenir les oignons hach\u00e9s ou les oignons grelots, puis saupoudrer de farine et remuer pour faire roussir la farine, mouiller avec le bouillon le coulis de tomates, ajouter l\u2019ail hach\u00e9 + le sel + le poivre + le laurier puis la viande et laisser mijoter pendant 1 heure.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Pendant ce temps \u00e9plucher les l\u00e9gumes, couper les carottes en b\u00e2tonnets, les navets en cube, les pommes de terre en deux. Si vous utilisez des l\u00e9gumes nouveaux, les laisser entiers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Prendre 3 casseroles, dans chacune faire fondre 30g de beurre, ajouter les carottes et remuer pour enrober chaque carotte de beurre, saler et ajouter de l\u2019eau \u00e0 hauteur des carottes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Proc\u00e9der de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on pour les petits pois puis les navets dans des casseroles diff\u00e9rentes.
