Ajouter le porto + sel + poivre + laurier + piment + beurre + l\u2019\u00e9chalote coup\u00e9e en 4 + l\u2019ail coup\u00e9 en deux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pendant 20 mn. Passer. Ajouter la cr\u00e8me.
