( Pancakes will be thinner ) .<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Make pancakes, cool.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Make the cream : boil the milk + cream. beat together<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">egg + sugar + cornstarch yellow .<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Add the hot milk , put on fire and stir until the first bubbles .<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Add the lemon zest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Refrigerate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">In terms of work , spread each pancake on clingfilm and<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">cover with lemon cream , roll in the film for a pudding.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Book pancakes in the fridge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">3 hours before serving store in the freezer (to facilitate cutting ) .<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Butter a baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Preheat oven on grill position.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Unpack pancakes and cut into 4 portions and place them on the plate and caramelize , putting the plate under the grill .
