{"id":799,"date":"2010-09-30T09:41:27","date_gmt":"2010-09-30T07:41:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=799"},"modified":"2019-10-19T16:27:23","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T14:27:23","slug":"curry-dagneau-ou-veau-ou-volaille","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/curry-dagneau-ou-veau-ou-volaille\/","title":{"rendered":"Curry d&rsquo;agneau (ou veau ou volaille)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1,5kg d\u2019\u00e9paule d\u2019agneau coup\u00e9e en petits cubes de 3cm (ou veau ou volaille)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">300g de riz<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 bo\u00eete 4\/4 de lait de coco<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 tomates ou 1\/2 bo\u00eete de tomates concass\u00e9es (400g)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 oignons<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 gousses d\u2019ail<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 pomme<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de curry, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de safran<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel, poivre, 1 pointe de piment de Cayenne<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 morceau de gingembre frais r\u00e2p\u00e9 ou 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de gingembre surgel\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 ananas frais ou une bo\u00eete d\u2019ananas au jus d\u2019ananas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">raisin secs + noix de cajou \u00e0 volont\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Faire revenir les morceaux d\u2019agneau dans de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Les retirer et laisser en attente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Dans la cocotte, faire revenir (sans brunir) les oignons hach\u00e9s, ajouter l\u2019ail hach\u00e9, la pomme r\u00e2p\u00e9e ou hach\u00e9e, les tomates concass\u00e9es, le gingembre, le safran, le curry, le sel, poivre, piment, le lait de coco. Faire cuire cette sauce pendant 1\u20442 h puis ajouter les morceaux d\u2019agneau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Couvrir et laisser mijoter doucement pendant 1 heure en remuant souvent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Mettre les raisins secs dans un bol, ajouter un peu d\u2019eau et les passer quelques minutes aux micro-ondes pour qu\u2019ils gonflent et soient moelleux. Egoutter. Faire cuire le riz. Couper l\u2019ananas en petits cubes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Servir le curry dans un plat creux.
