{"id":782,"date":"2013-08-08T09:34:18","date_gmt":"2013-08-08T07:34:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=782"},"modified":"2020-05-31T15:49:30","modified_gmt":"2020-05-31T13:49:30","slug":"roti-de-veau-a-litalienne-et-sa-sauce-au-thon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/roti-de-veau-a-litalienne-et-sa-sauce-au-thon\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00f4ti de veau \u00e0 l\u2019italienne et sa sauce au thon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 r\u00f4ti de veau de 1 kg<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Court-bouillon :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 poireau, 1 oignon, 2 carottes<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 feuille de laurier, 1 clou de girofle<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 morceau de c\u00e9leri<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel, poivre, persil<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 litres d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Sauce :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 boite de thon au naturel (140g \u00e9goutt\u00e9)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 potage de mayonnaise<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 filets d\u2019anchois<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage de c\u00e2pres<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 potage de court-bouillon de veau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_7\">La veille :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">faire cuire pendant 1 heure le r\u00f4ti de veau dans un court-bouillon<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_8\">\u00e9labor\u00e9 avec tous les ingr\u00e9dients.
