{"id":774,"date":"2015-06-14T09:32:01","date_gmt":"2015-06-14T07:32:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=774"},"modified":"2019-10-19T16:43:18","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T14:43:18","slug":"blanquette-exotique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/blanquette-exotique\/","title":{"rendered":"Blanquette exotique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 filets de poulet<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">12 gambas crues (suivant la grosseur) ou cuites<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 tomates ou 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 potage de tomates concass\u00e9es en boite<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">25cl de lait de coco<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage de gingembre frais r\u00e2p\u00e9 ou surgel\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">30 g d\u2018amandes \u00e9mond\u00e9es<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">30cl de bouillon de volaille maison ou cubes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">basilic-coriandre-ciboulette (frais ou surgel\u00e9)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de curry<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">10 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 jus de citron<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">huile-sel-poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">\u00e9monder les amandes en les \u00e9bouillantant pendant 1mn puis les laisser<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">s\u00e9cher au four ou \u00e0 la po\u00eale sans coloration, th5.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Pr\u00e9parer un bouillon avec le bouillon de poule + le lait de coco + la cr\u00e8me + poivre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, laisser r\u00e9duire d\u20191\/3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Ebouillanter les tomates et les couper en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Couper la volaille en morceaux. d\u00e9cortiquer les gambas<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">et les couper en morceaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">.Dans une sauteuse, saisir le poulet vivement dans l\u2019huile chaude,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">puis les gambas.
