{"id":747,"date":"2010-10-15T09:17:41","date_gmt":"2010-10-15T07:17:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=747"},"modified":"2019-10-19T16:10:18","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T14:10:18","slug":"baeckeoffe-de-poisson","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/baeckeoffe-de-poisson\/","title":{"rendered":"Baeckeoffe de poisson"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 10 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">400g de lotte<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">400g de saumon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">400g de loup ou perche du Nil ou empereur ou poisson \u00e0 chair ferme<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 carottes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 poireaux<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 oignon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3kg de pommes de terre \u00abCharlotte\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">250g de crevettes d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9es cuites<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 capsules de safran<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">50cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 verres (12cl) de Riesling<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 jus de citron, sel, poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe rase de ma\u00efzena<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe rase de fumet de poisson d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9 + 15 cl d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire mariner pendant 3 heures les poissons coup\u00e9s en morceaux dans 1 verre de vin blanc + le jus de citron + sel + poivre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Couper les l\u00e9gumes en rondelles. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200-220\u00b0 (th 7)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Dans une terrine en terre cuite, tapisser le fond avec une couche de pommes de terre en rondelles, puis une couche de l\u00e9gumes, saler et poivrer entre chaque couche, puis une couche de poissons et cela jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9puisement des ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Terminer par des pommes de terre (jeter la marinade).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Ajouter 2 verres de vin blanc, couvrir avec de l\u2019alu puis remettre le couvercle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Mettre au four pendant 1 heure 1\u20444.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer le fumet de poisson et l\u2019eau. Ajouter la ma\u00efzena + le safran + les crevettes + la cr\u00e8me.
