{"id":743,"date":"2010-08-27T09:06:55","date_gmt":"2010-08-27T07:06:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=743"},"modified":"2019-10-19T15:54:22","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T13:54:22","slug":"risotto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/risotto\/","title":{"rendered":"Risotto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">320g de riz Arborio<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">100g de beurre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1\/2 oignon (50g)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">12cl de vin blanc sec<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1,10 l de bouillon de poule<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">50g de parmesan<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Dans un r\u00e9cipient \u00e0 fonds \u00e9pais, faire revenir l\u2019oignon hach\u00e9 dans 50 g de beurre, ajouter le riz jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il devienne transparent. Ajouter le vin blanc puis le bouillon chaud par louche petit \u00e0 petit. D\u00e8s que le bouillon est absorb\u00e9, en rajouter. Laisser cuire tout doucement pendant environ 20 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">V\u00e9rifier la cuisson. Retirer du feu et ajouter les 50 g de beurre restant plus le parmesan. Servir imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Si vous voulez pr\u00e9parer le risotto \u00e0 l\u2019avance, retirer la casserole du feu avant la fin de la cuisson, au moment de servir, continuer la cuisson et ajouter le parmesan et le beurre hors du feu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Variante : risotto aux asperges<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">M\u00eame recette en ajoutant des asperges fra\u00eeches ou surgel\u00e9es en morceaux en m\u00eame temps que les oignons .
