Eplucher le c\u00e9leri et le couper en fins b\u00e2tonnets. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Si les ch\u00e2taignes sont surgel\u00e9es, les faire cuire suivant le mode d\u2019emploi puis les passer vivement dans un peu de beurre chaud. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Dans une sauteuse, faire chauffer un m\u00e9lange beurre + huile, y faire revenir le c\u00e9leri et l\u2019\u00e9chalote hach\u00e9e + l\u2019ail hach\u00e9 + sel + poivre pendant 8 \u00e0 10 mn en remuant souvent, puis ajouter le po\u00eal\u00e9e de champignons + les ch\u00e2taignes + les poires + la cr\u00e8me liquide.
