{"id":737,"date":"2010-09-03T09:05:44","date_gmt":"2010-09-03T07:05:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=737"},"modified":"2020-02-01T10:18:42","modified_gmt":"2020-02-01T09:18:42","slug":"minestrone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/minestrone\/","title":{"rendered":"Minestrone"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 boites de tomates concass\u00e9es (2x400g)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">250g de haricots secs (coco)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1kg de carottes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1\/2 c\u00e9leri boule<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 gros blancs de poireaux<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 t\u00eate de brocolis<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">500g de pommes de terre fermes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">250g de petits pois surgel\u00e9s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">300g de lardons fum\u00e9s allumettes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">200g de p\u00e2tes (papillons torsades coquilles)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">30cl de cr\u00e8me l\u00e9g\u00e8re<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de basilic (facultatif)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile, sel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">La veille : faire tremper les haricots dans de l\u2019eau froide.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Le lendemain : mettre la casserole de haricots sur le feu et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pendant 30 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Dans un grand faitout ou autocuiseur, faire revenir les lardons dans l\u2019huile.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Ajouter les tomates, le contenu de la casserole de haricots, les carottes coup\u00e9es en petits d\u00e9s, le c\u00e9leri coup\u00e9 en petits d\u00e9s, les poireaux coup\u00e9s en fines rondelles, le sel et de l\u2019eau pour recouvrir les l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pendant 30mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Ajouter de l\u2019eau si n\u00e9cessaire, elle doit toujours recouvrir les l\u00e9gumes (diminuer les temps de cuisson si vous utilisez un autocuiseur), ajouter les pommes de terre en petits d\u00e9s puis les petits pois.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pendant 20mn puis ajouter les brocolis, coup\u00e9s en tous petits bouquets puis les p\u00e2tes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition encore pendant 10mn.
