{"id":735,"date":"2010-09-10T09:05:22","date_gmt":"2010-09-10T07:05:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=735"},"modified":"2020-02-11T16:31:03","modified_gmt":"2020-02-11T15:31:03","slug":"haricots-verts-et-haricots-en-grains-frais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/haricots-verts-et-haricots-en-grains-frais\/","title":{"rendered":"Haricots verts et haricots en grains frais"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 8 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1kg de haricots verts frais ou haricots plats frais ou surgel\u00e9s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">500g de haricots en grains frais ou surgel\u00e9s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 oignons<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 tomates, sel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">10cl d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">20cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche ou all\u00e9g\u00e9e<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">40g de beurre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Dans une sauteuse faire chauffer l\u2019huile + le beurre<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Couper les oignons en petits morceaux \u00e0 la main (le mixer fait trop ressortir l\u2019humidit\u00e9 et emp\u00eache les oignons de r\u00f4tir), les ajouter dans la sauteuse et laisser colorer tout doucement \u00e0 petit feu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Ajouter les tomates coup\u00e9es en morceaux, augmenter la chaleur et laisser r\u00e9duire pendant 5 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Ajouter les 2 sortes de haricots, le sel et l\u2019eau, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition puis r\u00e9duire la chaleur et laisser mijoter pendant 45 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">A la fin de la cuisson, il ne doit rester qu\u2019un cm d\u2019eau au fond de la sauteuse.
