{"id":733,"date":"2010-09-10T09:04:54","date_gmt":"2010-09-10T07:04:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=733"},"modified":"2019-10-19T15:58:08","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T13:58:08","slug":"jardiniere-de-legumes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/jardiniere-de-legumes\/","title":{"rendered":"Jardini\u00e8re de l\u00e9gumes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 8 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1kg de carottes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1kg de petites pommes de terre \u00e0 chair ferme<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">700g de petits pois frais ou surgel\u00e9s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 oignons<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 tomates<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">25cl d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">20cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche enti\u00e8re ou all\u00e9g\u00e9e<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">40g de beurre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Eplucher les carottes, les couper en b\u00e2tonnet (8 ou 12 par carottes)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Eplucher les pommes de terre, les couper en 2.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Dans une sauteuse faire chauffer l\u2019huile + le beurre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Couper les oignons en petits morceaux \u00e0 la main (le mixer fait trop ressortir l\u2019humidit\u00e9 et emp\u00eache les oignons de r\u00f4tir), les ajouter dans la sauteuse et laisser colorer tout doucement \u00e0 petit feu<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Ajouter les tomates coup\u00e9es en morceaux, augmenter la chaleur et laisser r\u00e9duire pendant 5 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Ajouter les carottes, les petits pois, le sel et l\u2019eau, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition puis r\u00e9duire la chaleur et laisser mijoter pendant 30mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Ajouter les pommes de terre et de l\u2019eau si n\u00e9cessaire. Continuer la cuisson pendant 30mn. A la fin de la cuisson il ne doit rester qu\u2019un cm d\u2019eau au fond de la sauteuse. S\u2019il y en a plus, augmenter la chaleur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Au moment de servir, ajouter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Si vous utilisez de la cr\u00e8me l\u00e9g\u00e8re, ne plus porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition cette jardini\u00e8re.
