Egoutter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Pr\u00e9parer la b\u00e9chamel : faire fondre du beurre dans une casserole, ajouter la farine et m\u00e9langer au fouet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange ne mousse plus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Verser d\u2019un seul coup le lait froid, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, sans cesser de fouetter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9paississement, saler.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Graisser un plat allant au four. Verser le chou-fleur dans ce plat, ajouter les tomates cerise et les galets d\u2019\u00e9pinards en les \u00e9parpillant de fa\u00e7on uniforme.
