{"id":707,"date":"2011-11-08T09:00:01","date_gmt":"2011-11-08T08:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=707"},"modified":"2019-10-19T16:05:52","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T14:05:52","slug":"petits-flancs-de-potimarron-aux-raisins-secs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/petits-flancs-de-potimarron-aux-raisins-secs\/","title":{"rendered":"Petits flancs de potimarron aux raisins secs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">500g de chair de potimarron<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 oignon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">20g de raisins secs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 orange<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">70g de beurre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">15cl de cr\u00e8me fluide<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 gousse d\u2019ail<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Presser l\u2019orange pour en extraire le jus, le verser le dans une petite casserole<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.Ajouter les raisins, \u00e9teindre le feu, couvrir et laisser gonfler.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Peler les oignons et la gousse d\u2019ail, les hacher tr\u00e8s finement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">D\u00e9couper la pulpe du potimarron en petits cubes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire chauffer le beurre dans une sauteuse. Lorsqu\u2019il mousse, ajoutez l\u2019oignon, l\u2019ail<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">et les cubes de potimarron. Saler, poivrer et ajouter les \u00e9pices.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">M\u00e9langer, couvrir, puis laisser \u00e9tuver 20mn. Retirer le couvercle et augmenter<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">le feu pour faire \u00e9vaporer l\u2019humidit\u00e9 rendue par les l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">R\u00e9duire cette pr\u00e9paration en pur\u00e9e. Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Egoutter soigneusement les raisins.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Beurrer 4 ramequins ou 4 petits moules \u00e0 charlotte chemis\u00e9s de film<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">M\u00e9langer dans un saladier la pur\u00e9e de potimarron avec les raisins secs,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">les oeufs entiers battus en omelette et \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me. Rectifier l\u2019assaisonnement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">R\u00e9partir cette pr\u00e9paration dans les ramequins et faire cuire au bain-marie,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Enfourner pour 30mn. Laisser reposer 5 mn dans le four \u00e9teint.
