{"id":705,"date":"2012-03-25T08:58:37","date_gmt":"2012-03-25T06:58:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=705"},"modified":"2019-10-19T16:06:15","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T14:06:15","slug":"rape-de-courgettes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/rape-de-courgettes\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e2p\u00e9 de courgettes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 kg de petites courgettes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">100g de farine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">100g de parmesan<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">5 cl d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">4 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 gousses d\u2019ail<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 oignon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel-poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">huile: arachide ou tournesol<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Laver les courgettes, les r\u00e2per sans les peler au dessus d\u2019une passoire,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">les saler, les laisser perdre leur eau pendant 2 heures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Les presser fortement entre les mains et les \u00e9taler sur du papier absorbant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Eplucher l\u2019oignon et les gousses d\u2019ail, les hacher.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Dans une jatte battre les oeufs + le parmesan + l\u2019huile d\u2019olive + la farine<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">+ l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail + sel-poivre puis ajouter les courgettes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire chauffer l\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">d\u00e9poser la p\u00e2te dans la po\u00eale pour former les galettes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Quand elles commencent \u00e0 dorer tout autour, retourner les galettes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">(il faut compter environ 2mn de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9) \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une \u00e9cumoire,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">les retirer de la po\u00eale, les poser sur du papier absorbant, puis les r\u00e9server au chaud.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Puis recommencer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il n\u2019y ait plus de p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Servir en accompagnement d\u2019une viande r\u00f4tie,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">d\u2019un barbecue ou d\u2019un poisson.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour 4 personnes Ingr\u00e9dients : 1 kg de petites courgettes 100g de farine 100g de parmesan 5 cl d\u2019huile d\u2019olive 4 oeufs 2 gousses d\u2019ail 1 oignon sel-poivre huile: arachide&#8230;
