Mettre au bain-marie dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 150\u00b0 pendant 40 mns.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">V\u00e9rifier la cuisson, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Dans une po\u00eale, faire chauffer 1 cuill\u00e8re de beurre + 1 cuill\u00e8re d\u2019huile, y po\u00ealer des c\u00e8pes ou autres champignons en lamelles \u00e9paisses ; ajouter une \u00e9chalote hach\u00e9e + sel + poivre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Laisser en attente au chaud.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Dans une po\u00eale, faire mousser 1 cuill\u00e8re de beurre, ajouter les marrons + un peu d\u2019eau, couvrez et laisser cuire doucement pendant 10 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Laisser en attente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Pr\u00e9parer une vinaigrette ordinaire ou remplacer l\u2019huile par de l\u2019huile de noix ou de noisette.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Avec cette vinaigrette, assaisonner une salade verte ou m\u00e9lange (\u00e9viter la m\u00e2che, qui absorbe tr\u00e8s vite la vinaigrette et devient molle).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">D\u00e9mouler le flan.
