{"id":677,"date":"2010-09-24T16:11:03","date_gmt":"2010-09-24T14:11:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=677"},"modified":"2024-10-27T09:20:06","modified_gmt":"2024-10-27T08:20:06","slug":"creme-brulee-au-foie-gras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/creme-brulee-au-foie-gras\/","title":{"rendered":"Cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e au foie gras"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 8 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">50 cl de cr\u00e8me enti\u00e8re liquide<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">200g de foie gras cuit<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">5 jaunes d\u2019oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">2 oeufs entiers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">sel, poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">sucre en poudre (fine)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Faire fondre doucement le foie gras dans la cr\u00e8me sur feux doux, remuer avec un fouet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Verser cette pr\u00e9paration dans un blender + les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs + les \u0153ufs + sel + poivre et mixer<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">ou avec un robot plongeant (robot \u00e0 potage).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 100 \u00b0. Verser la cr\u00e8me dans les ramequins, soupi\u00e8res etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Mettre dans le four dans un bain marie tr\u00e8s chaud et laisser prendre pendant 60 mn environ (le temps de cuisson varie selon la hauteur de la cr\u00e8me dans le ramequin).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">V\u00e9rifier la cuisson \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Cette pr\u00e9paration peut se faire la veille.
