{"id":655,"date":"2013-08-08T14:51:27","date_gmt":"2013-08-08T12:51:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=655"},"modified":"2025-05-18T11:17:07","modified_gmt":"2025-05-18T09:17:07","slug":"salade-de-celeri-gambas-et-chorizo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/salade-de-celeri-gambas-et-chorizo\/","title":{"rendered":"Salade de c\u00e9leri, gambas et chorizo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 6 personnes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">1\/2 boule de c\u00e9leri rave<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">4 ou 5 gambas ou crevettes (selon la grosseur) par personne<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">1 chorizo doux<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">huile<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">vinaigrette :<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">sel-poivre-huile arachide ou tournesol- vinaigre d\u2019alcool ou melfor<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">d\u00e9cortiquer les crevettes, r\u00e9server au frigo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pr\u00e9parer une vinaigrette ordinaire avec tous les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Eplucher le c\u00e9leri et le passer au mixer pour obtenir des \u00abpetites graines\u00bb<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">comme les graines de couscous.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Le m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la vinaigrette et r\u00e9server au frigo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Enlever la peau du chorizo et le couper en rondelles de 1\/2 cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Poser le chorizo dans une po\u00eale, sans graisse. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Au moment du repas :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">faire chauffer doucement les crevettes dans un peu d\u2019huile.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Poser la po\u00eale de chorizo sur un feu vif,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">d\u00e8s que les rondelles commencent \u00e0 revenir, retirer la po\u00eale du feu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">( trop cuit, le chorizo perd toute sa graisse et devient sec ).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Poser un cercle au centre d\u2019une assiette, le remplir de c\u00e9leri sur 1 cm de hauteur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Disposer sur le dessus les crevettes comme les p\u00e9tales d\u2019une fleur,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">et former le \u00abpistil\u00bb avec les rondelles de chorizo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Retirer le cercle et passer aux autres assiettes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour 6 personnes.
