{"id":645,"date":"2014-04-18T14:39:16","date_gmt":"2014-04-18T12:39:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=645"},"modified":"2019-10-19T15:47:27","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T13:47:27","slug":"aumoniere-de-magrets-de-canard-et-tomates-confites","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/aumoniere-de-magrets-de-canard-et-tomates-confites\/","title":{"rendered":"Aumoni\u00e8re de magrets de canard et tomates confites"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 6 personnes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 oignon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 bocal de tomates confites<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 plaque de magrets s\u00e9ch\u00e9s fum\u00e9s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">6 tranches de mozarella<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">pignons de pin<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">9 feuilles de brick<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">huile-beurre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">couper l\u2019oignon en rondelles fines et les faire fondre<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">dans un peu d\u2019huile pendant 5 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Etaler la feuiile de brick.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Badigeonner avec du beurre fondu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Placer une demi feuille de brick pour renforcer le centre<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">et garnir chaque brick avec une cuill\u00e8re d\u2019oignons.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Recouvrir avec 3 tomates confites, puis des lamelles de magret,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">une tranche de mozzarella et quelques pignons de pin color\u00e9s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e0 la po\u00eale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Former une aumoni\u00e8re et fermer l\u2019ensemble avec un pique saucisse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Badigeonner l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur des bricks avec un peu de beurre fondu.<br \/>\nLes poser sur une plaque et les enfourner dans un four<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 10 mn en surveillant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Servir avec une petite salade de m\u00e2che ou autre salade verte.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour 6 personnes.
