{"id":642,"date":"2014-09-09T14:38:06","date_gmt":"2014-09-09T12:38:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=642"},"modified":"2019-10-19T15:48:24","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T13:48:24","slug":"creme-de-mais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/creme-de-mais\/","title":{"rendered":"Cr\u00e8me de ma\u00efs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 4 personnes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">5 \u00e9pis de ma\u00efs (surgel\u00e9s)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Beurre-sel-poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">30g + 30g d\u2019oignons<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 gousses d\u2019ail<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">thym5cl de vin blanc sec<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">30cl de bouillon de volaille<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">40g d\u2019Ebly (bl\u00e9)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">100g d\u2019allumettes fum\u00e9es (lard)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">ou magret fum\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">40g de cacahu\u00e8tes concass\u00e9es ou mini-croutons<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">ciboulette<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">10cl de cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">faire cuire les \u00e9pis de ma\u00efs dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e pendant 10 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Les passer sous l\u2019eau froide puis les \u00e9grainer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Faire suer 30g d\u2019 oignons hach\u00e9s dans du beurre sur feu doux avec l\u2019ail hach\u00e9 et le thym.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">D\u00e9glacer avec le vin blanc + le bouillon. Ajouter les grains de ma\u00efs et faire cuire pendant 20 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Mixer dans un blender puis passer au moulin \u00e0 l\u00e9gumes pour \u00e9liminer les peaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">R\u00e9server. Peut se faire la veille et se r\u00e9chauffer au moment du repas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Cuire le bl\u00e9 comme indiqu\u00e9 sur l\u2019emballage. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Couper les allumettes fum\u00e9es en tr\u00e8s petits morceaux. Hacher l\u2019oignon restant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Dans une po\u00eale, faire revenir tout doucement le lard + l\u2019oignon dans un peu de beurre<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange devienne croustillant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Au moment du repas, r\u00e9chauffer la cr\u00e8me de ma\u00efs et y ajouter la cr\u00e8me fraiche.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Donner un tour de mixer plongeant (robot \u00e0 potage).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">La verser dans des assiettes creuses chaudes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">R\u00e9chauffer le m\u00e9lange oignon-lard et y ajouter le bl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">En d\u00e9poser 2 cuill\u00e8res au centre de l\u2019assiette et<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">parsemer de ciboulette et de cacahu\u00e8tes hach\u00e9es (et ou mini-croutons)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Mini-croutons : tr\u00e8s petits cubes de pain de mie revenus dans un m\u00e9lange<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">beurre + huile, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient croustillants.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour 4 personnes.
