{"id":639,"date":"2014-11-14T14:37:01","date_gmt":"2014-11-14T13:37:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=639"},"modified":"2019-10-19T15:48:51","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T13:48:51","slug":"millefeuille-de-betterave-rouge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/millefeuille-de-betterave-rouge\/","title":{"rendered":"Millefeuille de betterave rouge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 4 personnes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 grosses betteraves rouges cuites<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 Philadelphia aux fines herbes (fromage frais) ou<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Saint-Moret + ail + persil +\u00e9chalote \u2018hach\u00e9s)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 petite \u00e9chalote<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cr\u00e8me fraiche ou plus si besoin<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">huile de noix ou noisette<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">vinaigre de framboise<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">m\u00e2che pour la d\u00e9co<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">poivre-sel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">couper les betteraves en rondelles tr\u00e8s fines avec une mandoline.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Hacher l\u2019\u00e9chalote, l\u2019ajouter au fromage + du poivre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Si le m\u00e9lange est trop ferme pour passer dans une douille,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">ajouter 1 ou 2 cuill\u00e8res de cr\u00e8me fraiche.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Poser un cercle sur une assiette.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Dans le fond, poser une tranche de betterave, puis \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une poche \u00e0 douille,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">\u00e9taler une fine couche de fromage puis une tranche de betterave,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">puis une couche de fromage etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Faire 5 \u00e0 6 couches.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Soulever le cercle et continuer sur les 3 autres assiettes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">D\u00e9corer avec des petits bouquets de m\u00e2che et servir \u00e0 part en sauci\u00e8re<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">une vinaigrette faite avec de l\u2019huile de noix + le vinaigre de framboise + le sel + le poivre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour 4 personnes.
