{"id":632,"date":"2015-05-14T14:33:48","date_gmt":"2015-05-14T12:33:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=632"},"modified":"2019-10-19T15:49:09","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T13:49:09","slug":"flan-doeufs-aux-3-couleurs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/flan-doeufs-aux-3-couleurs\/","title":{"rendered":"Flan d\u2019oeufs aux 3 couleurs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 6 personnes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 moule \u00e0 cake<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">12 oeufs6 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel-poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 petite boite de concentr\u00e9 de tomates<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">50g de parmesan<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">100g d\u2019\u00e9pinards hach\u00e9s surgel\u00e9s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">graisser le moule \u00e0 cake et le chemiser de film alimentaire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Pr\u00e9parer un bain-marie dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 150\u00b0, l\u2019eau doit \u00eatre chaude.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Battre 4 oeufs + sel + poivre + les \u00e9pinards + 2 cuiller\u00e9es de cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Verser dans le moule, enfourner jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les oeufs soient bien pris.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Ne pas augmenter la chaleur car si les oeufs se r\u00e9tractent, l\u2019aspect ne sera plus le m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Battre 4 oeufs + sel + poivre + 2 cuiller\u00e9es de cr\u00e8me + le parmesan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Verser d\u00e9licatement sur la couche d\u2019oeufs aux \u00e9pinards et enfourner comme pour la 1\u00e8re couche.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Battre 4 oeufs + sel + poivre + 2 cuiller\u00e9es de cr\u00e8me + le concentr\u00e9 de tomates.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">Verser sur la 2\u00e8me couche et continuer la cuisson comme pour les autres couches.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_6\">R\u00e9server au froid jusqu\u2019au lendemain.
