{"id":628,"date":"2015-08-05T14:32:03","date_gmt":"2015-08-05T12:32:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=628"},"modified":"2019-10-19T15:51:41","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T13:51:41","slug":"flan-basque","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/flan-basque\/","title":{"rendered":"Flan basque"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 6 personnes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 oignons rouges<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">600 g de tomates<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 poivron vert<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 poivron jaune<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">6 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel-poivre-piment d\u2019espelette<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">6 tranches de jambon de Bayonne<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 cuiller\u00e9es d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\"><span class=\"style_1\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Couper les oignons en lamelles,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">les faire fondre dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">ajouter les poivrons en lamelles et laisser revenir<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">pendant 5 mn en remuant souvent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Ajouter les tomates coup\u00e9es en petits cubes, le sel, le poivre,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">le piment et faire cuire \u00e0 feu vif pendant 15 mn en remuant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Laisser ti\u00e9dir puis ajouter 6 oeufs battus en omelette.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Verser dans un moule \u00e0 cake bien beurr\u00e9 (Tefal ou silicone).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 210\u00b0 pendant 15 mn puis \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 40 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Dans une po\u00eale l\u00e9g\u00e8rement huil\u00e9es, faire revenir les tranches de jambon, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">soient croustillantes. D\u00e9mouler le flan chaud et d\u00e9corer le dessus avec les tranches de jambon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Peut se servir chaud, ti\u00e8de ou froid.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour 6 personnes.
