Hacher les \u00e9pices + le persil (fin). Ajouter le sel+poivre +3 \u0153ufs. M\u00e9langer le tout.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Dans toutes les terrines, on ajoute toujours 20 g de sel au kg de pr\u00e9paration (5 g de sel = 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Remplir une terrine ou un plat assez haut en terre ou pirex. Poser sur le dessus quelques feuilles de laurier et de thym.
