{"id":586,"date":"2010-10-01T16:38:08","date_gmt":"2010-10-01T14:38:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=586"},"modified":"2019-10-19T15:23:24","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T13:23:24","slug":"tarte-fine-aux-legumes-nouveaux-et-fromage-de-chevre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/tarte-fine-aux-legumes-nouveaux-et-fromage-de-chevre\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarte fine aux l\u00e9gumes nouveaux et fromage de ch\u00e8vre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">300g de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">200g (environ) de petits fromages frais de ch\u00e8vre (ou de vache)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">16 petites carottes nouvelles<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">12 petits navets ou 6 moyens coup\u00e9s en 4<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">200g de petits pois frais ou surgel\u00e9s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">6 fonds d\u2019artichauts frais ou surgel\u00e9s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 salade (laitue, batavia, feuille de ch\u00eane)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">huile d\u2019olive, vinaigre balsamique<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">herbes de Provence, sel, poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire mariner les petits fromages coup\u00e9s en 2 ou en 4 dans 3 cuill\u00e8res d\u2019huile d\u2019olive + sel + poivre + herbes de Provence pendant 1 heure.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire cuire tous les l\u00e9gumes s\u00e9par\u00e9ment dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient cuits en restant fermes. Egoutter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Etaler la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e, d\u00e9couper des cercles de 15 \u00e0 20 cm. D\u00e9poser les sur une plaque beurr\u00e9e et laisser reposer 1\/2heure au frais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire cuire dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant environ 1\u20444 d\u2019heure, \u00e0 surveiller. Faire revenir tous les l\u00e9gumes dans un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire une vinaigrette avec du vinaigre balsamique + huile d\u2019olive + sel + poivre. Sur une grande assiette, poser la tarte de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e chaude, la garnir de salade coup\u00e9e en chiffonnade, puis disposer les l\u00e9gumes chauds de fa\u00e7on harmonieuse et terminer avec les petits ch\u00e8vres (froids).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Servir, accompagn\u00e9e de la vinaigrette au vinaigre balsamique.
