{"id":582,"date":"2010-10-08T16:36:04","date_gmt":"2010-10-08T14:36:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=582"},"modified":"2020-02-02T09:49:43","modified_gmt":"2020-02-02T08:49:43","slug":"pates-en-croute-chaud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/pates-en-croute-chaud\/","title":{"rendered":"P\u00e2t\u00e9s en croute chaud"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 6-8 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 filets mignons de porc<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">700g de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 oeuf<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de ma\u00efzena<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Marinade :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">50 cl de vin rouge<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sel, poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">3 \u00e9chalotes coup\u00e9es en 4<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 feuille de laurier<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 branche de thym<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">2 jours avant de faire le p\u00e2te, couper le porc en petits d\u00e9s(1 cm de cot\u00e9) ,ajouter tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la marinade et r\u00e9server au frais ,en remuant de temps en temps.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Le jour m\u00eame, \u00e9goutter la viande, puis la poser sur du papier absorbant, retirer toutes les \u00e9pices.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Etaler la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sur 1\u20442 cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">D\u00e9couper un rectangle de 30cm x 15 pour le couvercle. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Etaler le reste de la p\u00e2te 40cm x 25cm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Au milieu, \u00e9taler 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de ma\u00efzena, elle absorbera le trop d\u2019humidit\u00e9 de la viande, puis disposer la viande.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Refermer le p\u00e2t\u00e9 en rabattant les grands c\u00f4t\u00e9s de p\u00e2te sur la viande, badigeonner avec la dorure (\u0153uf +2 cuill\u00e8res d\u2019eau) puis rabattre les deux petits cot\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Badigeonner le tout avec la dorure pour pouvoir coller le couvercle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Poser le couvercle en appuyant bien tout autour. Faire 2 petites chemin\u00e9es (2 petits trous) au centre de la p\u00e2te.
