{"id":577,"date":"2013-01-18T16:33:47","date_gmt":"2013-01-18T15:33:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=577"},"modified":"2025-04-09T17:33:12","modified_gmt":"2025-04-09T15:33:12","slug":"saucisson-en-brioche","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/saucisson-en-brioche\/","title":{"rendered":"Saucisson en brioche"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">300g de farine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">20g de levure de boulanger<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">5cl de lait<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">180g de beurre ramolli<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 oeufs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage de sucre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 saucisson \u00e0 l\u2019ail Herta ,(22cm)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 oeuf pour la dorure<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_5\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">La veille,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">diluer la levure dans du lait ti\u00e8de.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">M\u00e9langer la farine + le sel + le sucre + les oeufs + le beurre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">P\u00e9trir avec un batteur pendant 2 mn puis ajouter la levure d\u00e9lay\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Continuer \u00e0 p\u00e9trir pendant 15 mn, couvrir le r\u00e9cipient d\u2019un linge<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">et laisser monter \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant environ 2 heures<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">( la p\u00e2te doit doubler de volume)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Rabattre la p\u00e2te en l\u2019aplatissant, couvrir et r\u00e9server au frigo jusqu\u2019au lendemain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Le lendemain, chemiser un grand moule \u00e0 cake (28cm) avec du papier cuisson.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Etaler avec un rouleau la p\u00e2te \u00e0 brioche pour obtenir un rectangle de 25 cm sur 35.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Enlever la peau du saucisson, le rouler dans la p\u00e2te\u00a0 et le poser dans le moule \u00e0 cake.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Laisser gonfler \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant 1 \u00e0 2h puis le dorer avec le jaune<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">d\u2019oeuf d\u00e9lay\u00e9 dans un peu d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 (th6) pendant 45 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">D\u00e9mouler, couper en tranches et servir avec une salade verte.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour 6 personnes Ingr\u00e9dients : 300g de farine 20g de levure de boulanger 5cl de lait 180g de beurre ramolli 2 oeufs 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage de sucre 1\/2 cuill\u00e8re&#8230;
