{"id":574,"date":"2014-07-31T16:31:19","date_gmt":"2014-07-31T14:31:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=574"},"modified":"2019-10-19T15:25:15","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T13:25:15","slug":"la-quiche-danais-pour-son-papa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/la-quiche-danais-pour-son-papa\/","title":{"rendered":"La quiche d\u2019Ana\u00efs pour son Papa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 4 personnes : 1 moule de 28cm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">1 rouleau de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">3 oeufs entiers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">3 jaunes d\u2019oeuf<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">40cl de cr\u00e8me enti\u00e8re liquide ou \u00e9paisse<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">sel-poivre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de ma\u00efzena<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">3 tranches de jambon blanc<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">6 toastinettes ou 100 g de gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">ou des tranches de raclette<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Garnir un moule \u00e0 tarte de 28cm avec la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e et le papier de cuisson.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Piquer la p\u00e2te avec une fourchette pour l\u2019emp\u00eacher de gonfler,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">puis \u00e9taler 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de ma\u00efzena dans le fond.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Dans un saladier, battre avec un mixer \u00e0 potage (robot plongeant),<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">les oeufs entiers + les jaunes + une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">+ le poivre + la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Sur le fond de tarte, \u00e9taler les toastinettes ou le gruy\u00e8re<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">+ le jambon coup\u00e9 en petits carr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Verser dessus le m\u00e9lange oeufs+cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Se faire aider par un adulte pour enfourner la quiche dans<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 210\u00b0 et faire cuire pendant 30\u00e0 40 mn (\u00e0 surveiller).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">La quiche doit \u00eatre bien dor\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Servir \u00e0 la sortie du four, accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une salade verte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">On peut remplacer le jambon et le fromage par des allumettes de lard fum\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour 4 personnes : 1 moule de 28cm.
