{"id":566,"date":"2016-06-08T16:27:12","date_gmt":"2016-06-08T14:27:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=566"},"modified":"2020-02-02T11:19:46","modified_gmt":"2020-02-02T10:19:46","slug":"tarte-soleil-pour-laperitif","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/tarte-soleil-pour-laperitif\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarte soleil pour l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">2 rouleaux de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e (Herta)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">1 jaune d\u2019oeuf<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">1 bocal (150g) de tapenade d\u2019olives noires + 50 g de pignons de pin<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">ou 1 bocal (150g) de confit de<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es + 50g de parmesan rap\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage de pavot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Etaler un rouleau de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sur une plaque garnie de papier cuisson.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Etaler jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1 cm du bord soit de la tapenade + des pignons grill\u00e9s et hach\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">soit le confit de tomates + le parmesan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">D\u00e9layer le jaune d\u2019oeuf dans 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 potage d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Avec un pinceau, badigeonner tout le tour de la p\u00e2te puis recouvrir avec le deuxi\u00e8me<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">rouleau de p\u00e2te en appuyant bien tout autour pour coller les deux p\u00e2tes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Badigeonner le dessus avec la dorure (jaune d\u2019oeuf + eau).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Parsemer le pavot sur le dessus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Poser au centre de la p\u00e2te un verre retourn\u00e9 puis d\u00e9couper en partant du verre 32 bandes,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">en allant vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">R\u00e9server au froid pendant 1h puis torsader chaque bande d\u00e9licatement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">R\u00e9server \u00e0 nouveau au froid pendant 1h puis enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">\u00e0 180\u00b0 (th6) pendant environ 30 mn (\u00e0 surveiller).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">Faire glisser la tarte sur un plat de service.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_4\">30 mn avant de servir, allumer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0.
