{"id":559,"date":"2013-11-08T16:11:24","date_gmt":"2013-11-08T15:11:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/?p=559"},"modified":"2019-10-19T15:06:12","modified_gmt":"2019-10-19T13:06:12","slug":"noix-de-saint-jacques-sur-creme-de-petits-pois","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alcollot.fr\/Recettes\/noix-de-saint-jacques-sur-creme-de-petits-pois\/","title":{"rendered":"Noix de Saint-Jacques sur cr\u00e8me de petits pois"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">12 noix de Saint-Jacques<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">beurre-huile<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">250g de petits pois surgel\u00e9s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">1 \u00e9chalote<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">20 cl de bouillon de poule (1 cube + 20cl d\u2019eau)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">20cl de cr\u00e8me liquide fouett\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">100g de \u00abgros\u00bb petits pois (Picard)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">100g d\u2019allumettes de lard fum\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"full-width\">\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">3 tranches de pain de mie<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">cr\u00e8me de petits pois :<span class=\"style_1\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">faire fondre l\u2019\u00e9chalote hach\u00e9e dans 20g de beurre, ajouter les petits pois + le bouillon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Faire cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 30 mn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Pendant ce temps, faire fondre le lard dans 20g de beurre pendant 2mn<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">sans le faire r\u00f4tir. R\u00e9server et en ajouter 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 potage dans les petits pois.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Mixer la cr\u00e8me de petit pois dans un blender pour obtenir une cr\u00e8me onctueuse et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Au moment de servir, r\u00e9chauffer cette cr\u00e8me et lui ajouter 20 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide fouett\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Tailler le pain de mie en petits croutons et les faire revenir dans un m\u00e9lange<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">beurre-huile et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Ebouillanter les gros petits pois dans de l\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e pendant 1mn,<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">les \u00e9goutter et les passer dans de l\u2019eau froide.
